ArkLaTex IT was recently contacted by Litton Mortgage to help resolve a connectivity issue between their Shreveport and West Monroe Locations.  Litton mortgages uses IP phones and have a central server located at their Shreveport office and depend on the connection between offices for both data and phone service.

After two weeks of unsuccessful attempts Litton Mortgage’s previous IT vendor was unable to resolve the issue and informed Litton Mortgage that they would not be able to assist them with this issue any further.   Upon arriving at the Shreveport office ArkLaTex IT’s Jeff Clarke quickly realized that the previous vendor was using low end routing equipment the was not capable of providing the reliability and speed required for such a configuration.  ArkLaTex IT had the necessary equipment in stock and was able to get them online within 24 hours of arriving on site for the first time.

The routers have been in place for over a month and Litton’s systems have been running ever since.
